Consultant Pharmacists with Over 65 years of Experience
Michelle Koe Page, PharmD RPh and Charles Page, PharmD RPh are a husband-and-wife pharmacist consulting team bringing more than 65 years of combined pharmacy experience to the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) community. Their collaborative approach is a unique advantage—every onsite visit includes both consultants, providing two seasoned clinical perspectives rather than one.
With decades of experience in pharmacy practice, Michelle and Charles specialize in helping Ambulatory Surgery Centers strengthen medication safety, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations. Their hands-on consulting style combines practical expertise with clear, actionable guidance tailored to each facility’s needs.
By working together on every engagement, they offer ASC teams the benefit of two expert pharmacists evaluating systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions that are efficient, compliant, and patient-focused.

Our Story
Michelle and Charlie share more than a profession and a life together—they share a lifelong commitment to pharmacy, patient safety, and advancing the practice of pharmacy.
​
Both Michelle and Charlie are graduates of the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy and Creighton University, institutions known for developing strong clinical leaders in pharmacy. While their professional paths have run parallel for many years, they have each developed distinct areas of expertise that complement one another.
​
Much of their careers has been spent in long-term care pharmacy, where Michelle served as a Consultant Pharmacist, working directly with healthcare facilities to optimize medication use, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve patient outcomes. Charlie built his career in pharmacy operations and leadership, serving as a Director of Pharmacy, overseeing complex pharmacy services and systems.

Together, these complementary experiences provide a well-rounded perspective that blends clinical insight with operational expertise—a combination that is invaluable when evaluating medication management systems and supporting healthcare organizations such as Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

Michelle and Charlie are licensed pharmacists in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, allowing them to support healthcare organizations across the region.
​
Their commitment to pharmacy extends well beyond their daily practice. Both have been actively involved in professional leadership within the Connecticut Pharmacists Association and the Connecticut Pharmacists Foundation. Michelle has served as Past President of the Connecticut Pharmacists Association and Vice President of the Connecticut Pharmacists Foundation, reflecting a deep dedication to strengthening the profession and supporting the next generation of pharmacists.

Outside of their professional work, Michelle and Charlie enjoy pursuing creative and outdoor interests that bring balance to their busy careers. Charlie enjoys hiking and backcountry skiing, often seeking out time in the mountains and the outdoors. Michelle enjoys watercolor painting, making jewelry, and reading, creative outlets that allow her to slow down and appreciate the beauty of everyday moments.
